This Draft of Amendments sets out the modifications carried out during the work, containing all the elements necessary for your instruction. Along with the project, the documents are presented with the definition and constitution of the property, also including the transfers and easements between articles that guarantee the operation of the buildings.

The design for this article is part of a predominantly commercial-use suite called Liberdade Street Fashion. In this sense, after some options to reduce construction at the basement level, due to the appearance of large areas of archaeological interest, and subsequent functional reorganization, some basement areas were adopted as an extension of the commercial areas.

For reasons related to the appearance of large areas of archaeological interest in the basement of the block and other conditioning factors of the land itself, it was necessary to reformulate the number and configuration of the cellars (from 5 to 3) intended for parking, as well as their entire functioning (circulations and accesses), guaranteeing the number of places intended for various uses.

The area program comprises about 15,155 m² of GCA intended for commerce and services, distributed over 5 floors, and 4,253 m² of GCA intended for housing, distributed over two blocks of 5 floors and one of 2 floors. The project also includes 3 cellars for parking, with cellars -3 and -2 for public parking with approximately 200 spaces, and basement -1 for housing (12 places + 8 double spaces) and shopkeepers (41 places).
