This project consisted of a fit-out project for the new Rockbuilding offices, located in the Square Building, in Amoreiras Plaza, in Lisbon. The intervention aimed to adapt and reorganize the existing space, creating a more functional, modern and welcoming work environment.
The work included the reorganization of the layout, with the creation of open space areas, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, support areas and phone booths, ensuring better circulation and greater efficiency in the use of space. Whenever possible, existing furniture was used, promoting a more economical and sustainable solution.
In terms of design, a look and feel was developed based on neutral colors, natural materials such as wood and the introduction of acoustic elements, in order to improve comfort, concentration and collaboration between users. Specific interventions were also carried out on floors, partitions, carpentry, lighting and sanitary facilities.
In the end, the project resulted in a balanced, functional space aligned with the company's identity, providing better working conditions and well-being for all employees.
