Rua dos Fanqueiros

Cem Sobre Um-Imobiliário hired Rockbuilding to manage the integrated remodeling of this residential and commercial building on Rua dos Fanqueiros 87/95, in Lisbon.

The project began in April 2017 with the review of the projects already prepared and their submission to the licensing entities. The construction permit was obtained after 10 months and work began in April 2018 and was completed in June 2019.

The challenge of this project was to prepare a quality rehabilitation while maintaining the entire façade and preserving the main cores of this pombaline building with a weakened wooden structure, reinforced punctually.

From the moment Rockbuilding joined the project as a “Project Manager”, it integrated the following services:

• Designer coordination;
• Licensing coordination;
• Cost management and control;
• Contract management and oversight.
