Rockbuilding is responsible for the Project Management of the new Fidelidade headquarters. The building located on Avenida Álvaro Pais, in Entrecampos, will be a reference in the area of sustainability and with more than 64,000 m² of construction area.

It will be a differentiating project that has a unique architecture designed by GENSLER e PROMONTÓRIO and with a bold structure developed by JSJ.

Since the genesis of this project, there has been a clear objective of designing and building an energy efficient building, with energy class A, NZEB and LEED and WELL Gold certification, with the possibility of Platinum. This project also has a Geothermal installation, which will serve the building's heating and cooling needs.

Project Management integrating the following services:

• Coordination of designers and other service providers;
• Management of Procurement processes;
• Licensing coordination;
• Management of the different contracts (Peripheral Excavation and Containment Contract, Geothermal Contract, General Contract and FitOut Contract).
