Integrated in an urban network where the territory has a non-mass character due to its confrontation with a mostly natural environment, the present proposal punctuates the planning of the territory and consolidates the urban model in which it is inserted.
The proposed building, for exclusive residential use, presents a multifunctional structure that promotes permanent, diversified and sustainable living, anchored by the affirmation of common spaces as a unifying element of the program. These premises thus define the nature of the project presented.
A project with characteristics of a gated community is proposed, similar to the buildings of existing neighboring lots, with road and pedestrian access through the street to the northeast of the lot. At the road access, inside the lot, there are surface parking spaces for visitors and residents, set away from the building to give the building and the terraces of the single-storey houses a little more privacy.
Continuing the road access, there is access to private parking in the basement, entirely intended for the enjoyment of the houses.
