The “WellBe Expo” project consists of a building located on Av. Dom João II, Lt. 1.11, at the intersection with Av. Ulisses, Passeio Báltico and Av. Mediterrâneo.

The layout of the building is shaped like an “L”, consisting of two towers connected together through a lower body. The number of floors above ground varies: 11, 10 and 5 floors, with the lowest building corresponding to the 5 floors. The lower floors, on the other hand, have 3 different levels: a basement, another semi-basement and floor 0.

The lot is completely filled with a base that has an undulating surface that descends to the height of the sidewalk. At level 0, this 'green dune' will serve as a cover of the plaza accessible through rips and wide openings made in the basement, where the lobby for access to the building is located.

The building has a total of approximately 38,800 m² GCA (gross construction area) above ground, with the use of services and commerce planned. Below the ground, in turn, there are approximately 7,700 m² GCA. According to the Architecture project, it has 43 fractions, of which three correspond to commerce and forty to offices.
