The project of a 4-star Rural Hotel, to be built on land located in Monte das Porqueiras, Melides Parish, municipality of Grândola. The rustic land covers an area of 31.325 hectares.
The project was designed and developed in 4 construction phases, distributed over the entire existing plot and making up a total of 10,904.25 m² of construction area.
After the articulated definition of the construction phases, the architectural proposal was developed through several blocks built with different uses carefully positioned on the ground, choosing the highest points, the areas most protected from the prevailing wind (western/north), the areas with the highest exposure to the sun, and other criteria.
