We started this project in 2016 with the preparation of a technical and urban Due Diligence. Still in the Due Diligence phase, we studied the commercial repositioning and defined a new base program aligned with the objectives of the investors. Once the acquisition was completed, we began development by carrying out studies and surveys, hiring designers, projects and necessary licenses.
The land has a significant difference in dimensions. The great challenge was to preserve the existing facades and openings, to be able to create unique apartments adapted to market requirements. The objective was largely achieved with a remarkable architectural work that allowed the maximization of ABP possible only with the creation of a unique interior courtyard.
In 2019, we completed the rehabilitation of the building with the obtaining of the User License and the handover to the end customers.
