Fresh-52, a startup in the agriculture sector, challenged Rockbuilding to manage the project of the first industrial unit for the production of baby carrots in Europe, to be built in Almeirim.
The Masterplan of the project envisages the construction of 6 main buildings — 3 dedicated to production lines, 2 to support them and 1 to offices.
In this first phase of development, a building will be built for the assembly line and a support building (where the offices will be temporarily installed), totaling almost 17,000 m² of construction. In addition to these, parking lots will be built, for about 20 trucks and 200 cars, small support buildings, such as technical areas and concierge, but also all the infrastructures and buildings necessary for water management - a WWTP, an ETA, a rolling mill and a reservoir basin.
