We started this project in 2017 with the preparation of a technical and urban Due Diligence. Once the acquisition was confirmed, we began the development by carrying out studies and surveys, hiring designers, projects and licenses necessary for the start of construction.
The land has two fronts with a large difference in dimensions. In addition to the need to preserve the main façade, the great challenge was to optimize the ABP and at the same time create unique homes with record sales values for the area.
In 2021, we completed the building with the obtaining of the user license and the handover to the end customers.
