He joined Rockbuilding in early 2018 as part of the inspection team for the Fontes Pereira de Melo 41 building. In these roles, he performed tasks related to the control and management of works. In October 2018, he assumed functions as project manager.
In these roles, he performed tasks related to planning (deadline, cost, resources and risks), development (procurement, stakeholder management), control (monitoring of licenses, projects and contracts) and completion (compilation and analysis of results, handover) of real estate projects, with special attention to communication and reporting.
