Project Manager

With 24 years of activity and more than 6.2M m2 under management, Rockbuilding has developed a methodology for the integrated management of real estate projects with the objective of maximizing the investment results of our clients.

To this end, we have a multidisciplinary team, consisting of experienced Managers, Engineers and Architects with deep knowledge of the sector. For each project, we design a specific plan that integrates the best solutions, processes and tools, capable of achieving objectives and achieving results.

Description of the function:

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 years of professional experience to join our real estate project management team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize work;
• Ensure the timely and adequate hiring of all resources/services necessary for the development of the projects;
• Coordinate the preparation of the Program, prepare the general planning of the project, keeping it updated and periodically reporting any deviations to the client;
• Prepare the Guide Budget and ensure the financial control of the projects;
• Keep the client informed about the main issues related to their project, ensuring timely decision-making;
• Prepare standard periodic reports (monthly and/or weekly), with information regarding the evolution of the accompanying project (s);
• Ensure strict contract management of all contracted service providers;
• Prepare and manage tender processes;
• Identification of opportunities for cost and time optimization in all phases of project development and construction.

Role Requirements:

Literary qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

Specific Knowledge

• Mastery of Office tools, MS Project, AutoCAD; Revit (viewer).
